There was a misunderstanding on the website saying they open at 3pm but it's 4pm. I called and it was soon fixed when my food was made quickly and delivered with an apology at my door. The food was really tasty and my whole family was keen to order again from them. I thought I was going to have to leave a negative review but I can't fault the food at all, customer service was polite and helpful.

App says food due at 5pm has been delivered this is not case and unable to get through to shop

Ordered from here on Monday, waited over 2 hours and still nothing delivered. Tried contacting the shop with no success until I messaged them for them to say they are closed and refund will be straight away (stated same day) this is now Thursday, all messages are being ignored and still no refund! Absolutely Shocking!
